  • No Dumping at Fire Station

    Fire Station Dumpster Not For Public Use

    Those residents who rent their cabin, the fire department has asked us to remind you that trash needs to be hauled to a proper place of disposal.  The dumpster at the fire station is not a public dumpster.  Please instruct your renters to properly dispose of their trash.


  • Park County Burn Permit

    Burn Permits Required for ALL Outdoor Burning

    Per Ordinance 19-01, the Park County Sheriff and District Fire Chiefs are notifying all residents of Park County that they are required to obtain an outdoor burn permit for any outdoor burning.  Contact your local fire district to obtain a permit or to answer any questions.  Those of you that have already obtained a permit earlier in the year are required to update your permit.  There will be an annual permit costing $10.00 for all districts going forward.


  • IMPOA Burn Pit

    IMPOA Burn Pit Change Notice

    IMPOA will allow individual Elkhorn Ranch owners to purchase use of the burn pit. Those owners will need to volunteer for burn pit duty as part of their payment for use.  Click here for more details.


  • Dues Notices

    Dues Notices

    Please look for your Annual EROA dues notice during the month of April.  The Board Treasurer is sending out notices by email if your email is in our system.  Otherwise you will receive your notice in the mail.  The dues remain at $40 per lot.  We request that you pay your dues by June 1st to ensure that no late charges are assessed on June 1.  We are providing a printable form for those members that may be traveling when dues notices are mailed or otherwise may not have access to their personalized notice.  EROA is sending out notices by email following the March meeting.  Please contact the Board Treasurer to add or update your email address.

    I am excited to announce that we have reached an agreement with Bar Star for our water augmentation plan maintenance.  The agreement was signed by both parties in January.  We, the EROA Board, worked hard to get an agreement in place that will work for now and in the future.  The current arrangement is for the next 5 years.
